Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the photography studio using this platform) and Albums by One More Shot. They cover your account, the galleries you publish, and the print store you sell through. Your own clients are not party to them — your relationship with them is yours to set.

You are responsible for what happens under your login, including anything your clients do with galleries you publish. Your studio handle is permanent once chosen, because client gallery links are built from it and changing it would break links already sent.

You keep every right in the photographs you upload. We store and process them only to run the service for you — generating previews, matching faces where you enable it, building albums, producing print files. We do not license, sell, or train models on your work.

Each plan includes a storage allowance. Going over it stops new uploads. If you stay over the allowance for 60 days your published galleries stop loading for your clients, and 60 days after that the photographs are permanently deleted. We email you repeatedly before each of those points. Getting back under your allowance clears it at any time — paying alone does not, because the limit is storage, not money.

Plans are charged in advance. If you turn on automatic renewal we store a payment consent with our payment provider (never the card itself) and charge it when each term ends; you can turn it off at any time. Changing tier mid-term credits the unused value of your current term. We do not refund unused time on cancellation — your plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Store orders are between you and your client, taken through your own payment gateway. The money goes to you directly; we never hold it and take no commission. Fulfilment, refunds, tax and delivery are yours.

You can export your originals and delete your account whenever you like. Deletion is scheduled a week ahead and cancellable until it runs; after that your galleries, photographs, albums and order history are gone and cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep first.

We aim to keep the service available and your files safe, but this is a small platform and not a backup service. Keep your own copies of your originals. We are not liable for loss of work, business, or profit arising from using the service.

If these terms change materially we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.
